By applying and signing up, you agree to these terms. You’ll be promoting our website and earning commissions on memberships and products bought by people you refer.

• Commissions are paid out every 2 weeks
• You can’t refer yourself or earn from your own purchases.
• We pay only for completed transactions. No commissions for chargebacks or refunds.
• Commissions is always a standard of 10% but might decrease if the product is on a clearance or very heavy discount for e.g during a Black Friday Sale

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate status for reasons including:

• Misleading ads or spam.
• Promoting illegal activities.
• Failing to disclose your affiliate relationship.
• Violating our intellectual property rights.
• Offering unauthorized rebates or incentives.
• Suspected fraud.

We can terminate any account at any time, for any reason.

Using Affiliate Links

Creatives (designs) and some content will be made available to you in your Affiliate Dashboard which you can use to promote. You can also request content for specific products. Feel free to use our graphics and text links on your website, emails, and ads. Just make sure they’re appropriate and follow our rules.

Coupon and Deal Sites

• Only use coupons we provide or approve.
• No misleading text or unauthorized bidding on coupon-related terms.
• No pop-ups or actions that set affiliate cookies without clear user intent.
• Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy- PPC bidding requires our prior written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to protect Horze and our partners from any claims or damages resulting from your actions.

Liability

We’re not liable for any indirect damages or tracking failures. We don’t guarantee error-free operation of our program or website.

Electronic Signatures

By completing the application process, you’re creating an electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten one.

Agreement Duration

This agreement starts when you join and does not end ends (unless an account is terminated or violate our policies) We can modify these terms at any time, and your continued participation means you accept the changes.
